The artwork that I chose was Agnes Martin’s ‘America’ with the style evolved from the use of simple geometric shapes and an exploration of the square grid system. The painting consists two rectangles, and I build them up into 3d objects. Due to the limited information of this painting, I use my imagination to give a life story to it. In the beginning, a ball smashes these two objects and break into pieces, and the Mario and Luigi are coming over to clean up broken piece to show the original painting to the audience.
